Mašta Ltd., at Đakovština 3, Osijek, OIB: 99866498031 processes personal data of users of its services and visitors to in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).

We respect your privacy and process personal information lawfully, solely on the basis of valid legal grounds, that is, in accordance with your consent to the processing.


2. The manner and purposes of the processing of personal data

Access to the website is free and does not require registration.

If you contact us with your queries, the information you provide us is processed solely to provide the requested information or services. After answering your inquiry, we will delete the submitted information.

The information you submit to us through open job applications is processed solely for the purpose of performing the selection process during recruitment, and is stored for two years.


3. Recipients of personal information

Terra Negra Country Club will transfer your personal information to other recipients solely on the basis of a legal obligation or justified request by an authorized public authority (e.g. courts).

If necessary, personal information will also be transmitted to reliable partners (processing executives) for the purpose of enabling customer support, maintaining an information system, market research or similar needs, with mandatory confidentiality and data protection measures.

  • erasure of personal data (unless there are reasonable grounds for keeping the data)

  • withdrawal of data processing consent (e.g. to receive promotional messages)
