Autumn menu at Crna svinja restaurant
Autumn brings us a wealth of colors and flavors, and we have translated them into a new menu that celebrates the seasonal ingredients of our region. In carefully created dishes, we have combined tradition and modern gastronomy – from warm soups and vegan pasta to top-notch meat and desserts with the scent of autumn.
For starters, there is a cream soup of wild mushrooms enriched with hemp oil and ground hemp.

Fans of plant-based cuisine can enjoy vegan chickpea pasta with porcini mushrooms, butternut squash, and homemade plum marmalade. The menu also includes risotto with steak and beetroot, rounded off with the sweet-and-bitter contrast of caramelized black sesame, as well as tortellini stuffed with porcini mushrooms – the true embodiment of autumn on a plate.

Among the meat specialties, we highlight the black Slavonian pork loin stuffed with chestnuts and DOBRO prosciutto, served with spinach fritters and a cream of roasted peppers with hazelnuts. A special treat is the dry-aged Black Angus steak, served with sautéed porcini mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, and potatoes in spelt flour, accompanied by green pepper sauce and homemade purple onion jam. In true autumn spirit, there is also a slow-roasted leg of black Slavonian pig with crispy potatoes and vanilla-flavored pumpkin puree.


Finally, we have prepared two desserts that perfectly round off this gastronomic story: butternut squash cake and chestnut dessert – a sweet ending to a meal in the season when nature offers the most sumptuous fruits.
